Her Son Spencer Went On To Command Multiple Offers Within 5 Months Ultimately Choosing a DII Worth $50K!

As any mom would, Margaret Taack worried about her son Spencer and his future.  He loved the game, was a good student and had some projection in his body but needed a lot of refinement. Not playing much in HS and limited success on the Summer circuit was not giving them much hope but there were flashes of what he could be.  Spencer was tooled up and athletic but was having trouble turning that into consistency.  

We met and talked about what the next steps should be.  He needed true development and a process he could follow to get him to the next step. Oh by the way, he was a Senior in HS when all this was happening.  Long term he was a Pitcher but he had thump in the bat and could run like a deer so I told him not to limit his options and see what happened.  

We were able to put a plan together to get him ready to go to a very specific showcase where there were schools willing to take a shot on a projectable frame and tools but knowing it may be a long term approach.  It worked!  Spencer received a great academic and athletic scholarship to a Division 2 program where he is now an integral part of their program on the mound!   He loves it there and oh by the way, Margaret loves watching her son continue his dream at the college level.
